“Pathetic services ever. I have ordered something didn’t liked it returned it with my own money for return. Not only they refused to return but did Sent me the product i dont want and didn’t cared at all . Never ordering from them ever again. Pathetic”

“Inital purchase and delivery was fine. Prices were about right also. My problem is with your non existing customer service! I'd ordered a fragrance and when l open the box, which was wrapped and sealed. The atomiser had been sheered off to top of the bottle. Meaning l can't use it! As the breakage is flush with the top of the bottle. I've contacted your customer service team on a number of platforms and include photos. I also offered to return the item at your cost as it was broken when l got the item. All I've received is complete radio silence. This was not my first purchase from your company. But it will be my last if this is not resolved.”
