“Very slow delivery indeed. UK to Ireland……. Other shops I normally buy from get the fragrance here in 2 days. It’s a shame as I thought I’d try a different supplier but unfortunately it didn’t work out”

“Great prices and low threshold for free shipping. Delivery was fast. Wasn’t able to order a nail polish set for unknown safety reasons, but I could order multiple single nail polishes - didn’t understand this, as have no problem with other retailers. Didn’t drop a star as everything else was excellent, and I suppose it was outside Just My Look’s control.”

“Ordered the perfume 3 weeks ago today for next day delivery. A week later I had to chase as my parcel had not been delivered and was “lost”. Since then my parcel has been located and returned to Justmylook. Again I have chased as I have no idea where the parcel really is and haven’t received a refund.”
