“I was sent the wrong item. I tried to get through to customer service many times - but had no response! Only received a response from AI. They have no contact number either - i emailed many times and waited several days.Returned the item, the item i originally wanted is now out of stock. Hopefully i get a response back and receive a refund as it is impossible to get hold of someone.”

“I tested this product once to see if it was suitable for my hair and returned it in the original packaging. Because one small cable tie was missing, my refund was refused and the item was sent back to me. I now have a product I’ve paid for but can’t use, and I was told there was nothing they could do. Very disappointing customer service and an unreasonable returns policy.”
