“I reacted badly to their snail product, I have rosacea, which I keep under control this product made my skin breakout. When I complained they asked for a dermatology/dr report. Not good enough, have you tried getting a doctor appointment lately! Bad customer service, not client centred.”

“Used for years, were absolutely fine. This time they didn’t send me my order and when queried refused to give me a refund or the items from the original order. Shame as I used them for 99% of my beauty products now I have to find somewhere else. Super cool. Not.”
