“I dont know if anyone has a problem with this Moschino Toy 2 product? I just bought it and it doesn't smell as strong as I tried it in a perfume shop. I feel like its a fake. I cant refund because i have to pay for the return postage.”

“Rubbish Customer Services Sent order to my old address. Had updated new address in my account prior to ordering. THEY SAID IT WAS MY FAULT, and when it was returned undelivered I'd get a refund. Delivery man dumped it in bushes outside my old house, as shown in tracking photo, so was never going to etaken back to these people to get my refund as they said it would. Sent tracking photo to customer service who DIDN'T GIVE A DAMN. Estate agent managed to call person who bought my old house, who said they found package that night in bushes. I had to drive a 35 mile round trip, I'm 73yrs old, and collect my package. With Petrol prices at moment, no joke. WILL NEVER BUY FTOM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.”
