“I doubt I will order again. For the second time I’ve been sent leaking products. It would have been very obvious the Redken shampoo I ordered this time was already leaking. It was dried up and very messy on the outside of the bottle. I returned the bottle as JML requested. They received it 6th June. We’re now 15th June and absolutely no word from them of when I’m ever going to receive my replacement. I know their ‘T&Cs’ are 5 working days. But we’re past that. Not only that, it took them 5 working days to even dispatch the order in the first place, which isn’t their policy. Although it was Next Day service when it was finally dispatched. I feel it’s rather poor service, I get much better elsewhere. Sorry.”

“Ordered one small item for brows almost a month ago. After few emails and response to allow more time for delivery no item, asked for refund which to i got reply again to allow more time. Month later no item no refund!!!”

“Poor service. Package was supposed to be dispatched the same day and delivered within 1-2 days but it took 3 days to dispatch and a week to deliver! And then they wanted me to pay for return as I no longer needed my order! Not shopping here ever again!”

“I’m sure they’re fine if go through direct but go via brand alley and worst shopping experience and have ever had and was informed my refund would be by the 6th June and still waiting while cannot get through to a human anywhere and been trying daily which totals over 2 hours holding time so far. Presently on hold again to see if humans work there”
