“I wanted to purchase 2 items £10 off. I ended up purchasing a £92 perfume and did not receive my £5 discount. Contacted customer service on their site via their messenger. It was totally useless. I am a long term customer but will no longer buy from Justmylook. Customer service and escalation was hopeless.order J27573110.”

“I made my order and it was dispatched very quick but my order was left whilst I was out apparently and when I returned the following day the item was nowhere to be found. I was told I won't get my £219 item replaced as there is apparently a note on my address for parcels to be left. I have not told them to leave it. Not happy as was going to be a Xmas present.”

“Absolutely love justmylook for beauty products. Browsing on the website is very simple. They have alot of good offers on. You can find a good variety of products from hair, skin care, perfume to electrical products. The postage is always fast which helps. I have been lucky to receive one or two free gifts as appreciation I would highly recommend justmylook”
