“Ordered item on 21/11/25 and still waiting to receive it on 10/12/25. Have been in touch with customer services and had to get past AI first (took 3 attempts) just to speak with a human. Was told it is in the post and tracking number provided but item has been at Greenford post office since 27/11/25. Would like a refund or the item but still waiting for customer services to respond.”

“I ordered my items on 28th of November 2025 and was expecting it the next day. Until now I don't have my parcel. The proof of delivery sent to , nothing was there when I checked. I have sent the customer service several mails and I'm yet to hear what they are doing to rectify it.”

“I purchased two Tom Ford aftershaves, but only one arrived; it was a single order. I raised an issue immediately and they refunded the missing item. However, I couldn’t speak to an actual person in customer service, instead I could only exchange three close-ended messages with an Ai chat bot. The issue with this is i’ve been given no explanation as to why I didn’t receive the item. So I don’t know if this was a stocking issue, issue on their end as my ideal resolution would’ve been a replacement product not a refund. Now I don’t know whether to re-order the missing item as if it is a stock issue, I don’t want to be chasing an item which is no longer in stock,even though it’s showing as in stock. For this reason, I am marking it to a four star out of five because of the lack of human interaction, understanding the actual issue and personal preferences in rectification. I am glad however worst case scenario, I have received my money back but I would’ve preferred a replacement item.”

“Avoid this company. Wrong items dispatched, mistakes happen, but customer service is absolutely dreadful. Was accused of not being honest about what I had received after originally sending in photos to highlight the error. Many email exchanges and strategic delays by Jade at Customer services, and still my order hasn't been received or refunded as requested. Can't wait to see what they've dispatched this time and share the full story on Instagram!”

“Yeh I loved this company good prices and didn't have to wait long for my item But this last sale I didn't get correct item and it still hasn't been rectified I have things in my basket and I won't be checking out due to this problem I have sent pics day I recieved my order I have sent my details n order number n still no stasifactiin When you buy shampooo at this price you need the conditioner with it !!! Went to sally services and bought Oaplex thinking online shopping is not always good as company's can send out wit they want without rectifying the problem !!”
