“Hi I purchased this product for a present for my daughter (she requested it). I know it was expensive for such a small amount but she thought it was a good product which she wouldn't have bought herself. When it arrived, the cellophane cover to the box was all opened as if somebody had had a look at the product more closely. My wife managed to stick the cellophane back and explained to my daughter it wasn't bought off an auction site!”

“My experience of this company has been awful - and I would NEVER use again. They’ve sent me products that are either not genuine, have been stored incredibly poorly or are old - whichever reason it’s down to, they sent me faulty goods. Customer Service is TERRIBLE and they’re refusing to accept a return and issue a refund as two of the three items have opened hygiene seals - this is how they arrived and one of the issues complained about. It’s so bad you can’t make it up. I’m raising the issue/payment with bank; which is something I’ve never ever had to do before. Do not buy from this ‘company’ unless you enjoy being ripped off”

“I purchased a Bobbi Brown eyeshadow in the colour “Golden Bronze.” Unfortunately, the item I received was “Bronze,” which is not the shade I ordered. I was unaware of the error until I opened the product, as I had no reason to believe the wrong colour had been sent. I have since been informed that I cannot return the item for a refund because it has been opened. Of course, I opened it expecting it to be the correct shade I had ordered. I did not receive the item as described on your website, so I do not believe it is reasonable that I should bear the cost of this mistake. I must also say that my experience with customer service has been disappointing. Responses have been slow and quite blunt, with a straightforward refusal to help. As a gesture of “goodwill,” I was offered a 10% discount. However, I do not want a discount on a product in a colour I cannot use. I simply want the correct item that I originally ordered or a full refund . I have considered seeking advice from Citizens Advice regarding this matter, as I do not feel this situation has been handled fairly. I have raised a claim with my bank ( where I paid for this with ).”
