“They sent me a request for a review. As Justmylook knows, the parcel has not arrived. Tracking shows it is stuck in Yorkshire and has been since 30th November. Hopelessly difficult to communicate. I fear i have a lot of work ahead of me to get my money back. Really dreadful”

“Ordered item on 21/11/25 and still waiting to receive it on 10/12/25. Have been in touch with customer services and had to get past AI first (took 3 attempts) just to speak with a human. Was told it is in the post and tracking number provided but item has been at Greenford post office since 27/11/25. Would like a refund or the item but still waiting for customer services to respond.”
