“One item from my order was missing. I contacted customer service immediately, but they refused to help. Their only explanation was that their stock records were correct, without properly checking the parceling department. Many other online reviews also mention missing items from this company, so it seems to be a common problem. Very disappointing service if you look after customers like this very soon will get reaction from customers”

“The photo on the website has since been updated, but when I ordered the picture showed a different set to what was delivered to me. The picture showed the moisture surge gift set, but I was sent the active glow kit. The package also came squashed and open with the cosmetic bag hanging out.”

“Usually excellent, but I ordered 12 days ago, my items have been sat at the gatwick post office depo for 11 days and hasnt moved since, no refund, can't get hold of royal mail, response from just my look is difficult to get and when you do just says to wait longer.”
