“The shampoo set was great but not happy with the make up bag which was pricey and was clearly a free gift promotion and not all of it was useable.”

“Good deal for my GHD gold. Although I ordered with 48 hour delivery and they took almost 5 days, not including the weekend. Ordered them on Friday, expected them on Tuesday. I had to email customer service, who were quick to respond, only then I got the dispatch email.”

“The ordering and payment system was quick and easy. I did find the delivery slower than expected. Also the box it arrived in was not sealed either end, so anyone could have just opened it and taken the product out. I was lucky nobody attempted this, but I do wonder what would have happened if they had.”

“I was very pleased with the quick delivery however disappointed that the packaging the products I ordered came in were plastic and bubblewrap. Companies need to be responsible with their packaging and try to use materials which are able to be recycled and environmentally friendly. I then had to throw that packaging in the bin and I’m mindful it’s harming the environment which made me feel bad about my purchase. If I go to a shop to make a purchase I have a choice whether or not to purchase a plastic bag and therefore I’m not damaging the environment. I would only order again from this company if they review their packaging to make it more environmentally friendly”

“Product fine, have used for years, delivery excellent. Why marked down is I felt I was misled regarding the price. The price advertised was cheaper than the normal company I use and it did say free delivery. At the after I had paid it became evident that VAT and delivery charge had been added making it more expensive than I usually pay. Sorry but won’t use you again.”

“When I chased up my dispatch by requesting a tracking number I found that despite being sent an email confirming my goods were on route, they hadn't even been dispatched. Unimpressive for a first order.”

“Received order quickly , however one part of a duo set of tigi headrush was missing, tried to call the customer services but no one ever rings, eventually email customer services and they returned with a reply to say they would send the outstanding item , to date I have not received this or had a email to say when it’s arriving !!”

“Happy with selection of brands, however after making a purchase on Friday, the product was reduced by a further £10 on the website on the Monday and I found a competitor Selling the same item £25 cheaper so I emailed justmylook but they wouldn’t offer any further Discount so I returned the item at my own cost and saved money elsewhere. Don’t think I will be in a rush to make another purchase.”

“The milkshake silver shampoo and conditioner turned my blond hair grey so would not use it again however the leave in incredible milk is lovely. I will definitely use again. Very happy with postage too”
