“I cannot fault the products or the price. However the delivery was a different story. The email stated it was coming via royal mail, but had it delivered by hermes. Received tracking info that it was to be delivered that day then to say it wasnt going to be. This went on for a couple of days. Very pleased with my products but was disappointed with the delivery side of it.”

“All good but I was sent the wrong colour of something I ordered and was told that I need to pay postage for returns .... this is not a good solution”

“Ordered shampoo and conditioner, however only the conditioner arrived - that was 2 weeks ago! Still waiting for a resolution of any kind! Apparently they have to open a case with royal mail, which can take 10 days. In the mean time, I'm out of pocket, with no shampoo to use! Having said this, the first time I ordered with them, everything was great! Just on this occasion they are proving their swift resolution isn't that swift!! *update to review, Luke in customer services has now resolved the issue. Sending out a replacement shampoo as soon as he took on the case and it arrived within 48 hours! It's just a shame it took 2.5 weeks for the complaint to be passed on. However, I would definitely order from them again, just keep my packaging if not all items arrive!”

“Hey! The product is great, however upon opening the shampoo bottle had actually leaked and there was at least a quarter of the product gone -which is very disapponting! Is there anything that can be done ahout this?”

“Products arrived swiftly. Packaging could have been a bit stronger. Justmylook were swift to respond to my concerns but as these were gifts, I didn’t have time to sort a replacement or refund.”

“Products as described. Purchased Tigi Bed Head Shampoo and Conditioner for coloured hair for the first time and am still deciding if they are better than other makes, ie. Pantene. The price was competitive and they were delivered within a few days of ordering. Would recommend Justmylook and will use them again. Have now used these products for nearly five months, but am finding that my straight hair is not looking smooth and silky. In fact I have resorted to cutting out the very frizzy bits as a last resort. Also, I have not noticed any improvement with hair colour retention unfortunately. I just wish that these products had proved to be a solution to my dried out and frizzy coloured hair.”

“While the delivery was fast, the packaging of the products were not good at all. The outer packaging (corners) were squished. I am glad nothing happened to the glass bottles.”

“First time I’ve used this company, not impressed to be honest. Received an email to say 1 item out of stock and I would get a refund. On checking website item was still in stock, took over a week to get a refund. Don’t seem to respond till days later. Wouldn’t use agai.”
