“The product is ok for the money”

“Unfortunately, I can’t share an amazing experience with justmylook this time. Item was received damaged, half of the bottle of shampoo was all over the packaging and other goods. when I complained about it they required me to return the goods (for my costs), unfortunately cant return it so I lost out.”

“Product is good but delivery wasn't great, said it would be sent out next day for 48hr delivery and it took 4 days to get to me! Emailed them and they didn't give a reason or really acknowledge my question when I asked why it hadn't been dispatched the next day!! Customer service defiantly poor!!”

“Good priced product, but when they say pay extra ££'s for next day delivery they mean after they have read your order which could be two days later. That needs to be explained in the processing. Apart from that, quality product and quick delivery once set in motion. I would I recommend JUSTMYLOOK yes I would!”

“This product is ok, I've only used it a couple of times so I can't tell the results as yet, the smell isn't great if I'm honest, it smells abit like playdoh, I probably wouldn't buy this one again purely because of the smell”

“At first we had a problem with the order process but was all resolved after a few phone calls and emails. They had a IT issue where I was charged twice, got my refund so happy with the service after this slight problem.”

“After a period of 4 different medicines prescribed, I found that skin on my face was very dehydrated and breaking blood vessels were evident. I checked in for some facials and was introduced to Decleor products. At the Beauty Salon the products were very expensive and finding that I could buy the same on Justmylook at around 40% cheaper has been an added bonus. I bought cleanser, night balm, day cream and soothing serum. The items I bought were processed efficiently and delivered quickly but my only disappointment was that on several items an extra 'gift' was promised if one added the code 'DECLEOR'. This I did several times and a message popped up saying that the 'discount' had already been added. No added items were included/sent.”

“Took slightly longer to arrive than I expected & product had been taken out the packet to fit in an envelope which was annoying. Luckily it wasn’t damaged or a gift but nonetheless if I buy something new I want to take it out the packet myself. Otherwise ok & price good.”

“Delivery slow and also was out of an item I ordered and I had to call to find this out, I had no mention of out of stock nor any notification of getting a refund for the out of stock item, so not great, I should off been made aware.”
