“It arrive a date later than expected, consequently I wasn’t home, ass result I had to go the day after to pick it up, in the end i finally had it 2 days later than I was expecting. 😕”

“I received my order prompt but didn’t receive the pumps to go with my shampoo and conditioner so I contacted customer services and they advised my purchase didn’t qualify for this - this should be made a lot clearer on the website.”

“Only 1 out of the 3 lip tints I brought had packaging around it, the other two didn’t, so to me anyone could have used these?! The value for the money to pay- you get what you pay for. All products were correct, however I’m not sure about the whole protection seal that’s meant to come with make up!!”

“I found the delivery very good and I would use the company again. Unfortunately the packaging was not substantial enough to protect the dispenser of the shampoo and the bottle leaked. Not a major loss of product but enough to make a mess of surface the package was opened on, but as it was shampoo it washed off. Probably better to have been boxed and if that had happened I would have rated it very good.”

“The product range is great! Customer service is good however i was sadly dissapointed in the delivery and organisation of orders. I paid the extra for next day delivery what thankfully was offered and refunded. After my order had not been processed as a next day delivery order sadly. Which was disappointing as i had to let a client down. I will possibly order again but wont likely not when needed in a rush.”
