“All gels ok except the gel hardner it is very thick and gloopy tried to use it but could not get a good cover so not happy with that product!”

“Justmylook beat all competitors in the price category for the shampoo I wanted. However, the product arrived with its cap loose and so the product had leaked and soaked the cardboard box it was packaged in.”

“received three tubs of 50g instead of one tub of 150g... didn't. one because I accidentally ordered the Fiber instead of my usual Forming Cream. Asked Justmylook if they'd swap the two 50g tubs for the equivalent of my usual purchase. They just said they didn't have any matching tubs and that was it. Was my fault, but would have been nice if they'd been more accommodating to help. Therefore, not outstanding and not terrible either.”

“Straighteners were fine but customer service poor. Took 9days for straightners to arrive despite email saying 3working days. Needed the straighteners for going away for the last weekend and they didn't come in time. contacted customer services numerous times via email and got no response”
