“Sent wrong item of lesser value, wouldn’t guarantee right item would be delivered in time for Mother’s Day despite it being their mistake. Very inflexible, wouldn’t do any sort of partial refund and customer support weren’t helpful so I was stuck with wrong item which I overpaid for just so I had something to give on Mother’s Day despite ordering in plenty of time. Wouldn’t use again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either.”

“They initially sent me two incorrect items, which I had to return. After that, they only sent one of the items I originally ordered. I emailed them to resolve the issue but haven’t received a response. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t order from them again.”
