“Happy to leave a review. The whole thing was a great experience. Easy to navigate website. Separate vegan sections which was so helpful. Prices are unbeatable and items dispatched and arrived quickly and well packaged. Thought it was too good to be true when I saw the price of the perfume but no, it's all legit and this is now my go to website for beauty things. Thank you so much.”

“Didn’t send product I required some other free skin care, poor customer service just an AI response. Had to replace the Christmas present at more cost and anxiety. Looking at reviews on trust pilot seems to be quite common.”

“My order was due 16th December, it is now 28th December still no order. I ordered the perfume for a Christmas gift very disappointed. Contacted customer services and they have not been helpful, they just keep sending me the same tracking number for the parcel due on the 16th December. The status on Royal Mail tracking page has not changed since 16th December so I’ve asked for them to either resend my order or refund me but have not received a response.”

“Ordered 2 weeks ago for Ireland, as they mentioned it takes no more then 4 to 5 days to arrive in Ireland but there is no update since, However in between an email was recieved that my order has been delivered which wasnt and when i informed the customer service team they sent me a new tracking portal since the portal from shop app is not working anymore and tracking tells me still my order at custom even it was cleared with Custom and there is no update from Customer service of Justmylook, very negative and bad experience.”
