“Absolutely RUBBISH!! You sent me a refund email after I'd waited ages for the products I ordered. It's fine if you didn't have the items, these things happen, but with no explanation, no apology is dreadful customer service”

“My tracked 24hr delivery didn’t come with a tracking number and the delivery driver supposedly couldn’t find my address so they sent it back without a 2nd attempt still waiting for my refund a week later”
