“I recieved a faulty item it took me almost a week to get it through to them I wanted to send it back was bombarded with Ai chat bots then left reviews on trustpilot again chstbkts replied we see customer services are looking into it ... wrong customer services doesn't exist with just my look .. then a miracle happened they just acknowledged the item was faulty and now I've been refunded so never again will I buy anything from this company I'll stick to high street stores maybe slightly more expensive but worth it for the peace of mind when things go wrong”

“My order was dumped inside my wheelie bin without my permission which ended up getting emptied into the bin lorry. Reported the issue to this pathetic company, after speaking to some random person on Whatsapp and a so called assistant manager via email over a week, I was basically fobbed off and told there is nothing they can do. I have had to raise a chargeback dispute with my credit card provider. AVOID THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG YOU WILL END UP REGRETTING IT LIKE MYSELF. AVOID AVOID AVOID… wish I could select ZERO stars for this review as 1 star is far too high for this ridiculous company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
