Hello, As your order is marked as delivered, we have raised a case with Royal Mail, who will investigate your parcels journey throughout their mailing system, cross-referencing with GPS tracking, and interviewing staff who handled your parcel. “My product did not arrive , no explanation. When the company looked they said it was out of stock and did provide a refund. It wasn’t out of stock when I ordered and they took my money. I wasn’t given an option. I bought the product, a day cream to go with a night cream. I asked for a replacement but no response to my email.”

“My parcel was left outside in my front garden and stolen and they refused to reimburse me or resend me my products as apparently I had set up with Royal Mail a safe space to leave parcels which I never did and close my case and it was never resolved no products received and out of pocket. Will never shop with them again.”
