“Just awful! Dreadful customer service! Returned and emailed them on several occasions about the faulty foil shaver I bought from them. The foil came off the first time I used it and I cut my head as a result. They claim the product is not faulty and they are not prepared to do anything else. I am seeking advice as to what my next steps are. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!”
