Very poor. Order not received when ordered for next day delivery, and then tracked as returned even thought no delivery was attempted and no return request was made. Customer service poor, no explanation for what happened with order and had to send multiple emails as was left without response on most occasions. Still waiting for this to be rectified. Still poor communication and difficult to speak to anyone other that automated system.

I do not recommend them, they are very incompetent and ignorant when it comes to customer service. After being informed by Customer Service that it would not be possible to receive the delivery before Christmas, I informed them that I like immediately cancel the order, which in fact had not even left the warehouse and had not been prepared yet, so there would be no problem. However, they are clearly trying to force me to buy goods that I no longer need at the moment. I won't even pick it up, it will just be sent back right away. J27798031

I ordered Babyliss heated rollers and got sent the wrong item, a hairdryer, massively inconvenient so close to Christmas as was a present. I contacted customer service who apologised and sent me a returns label , and I posted it back the next day. I have had to chase up an acknowledgment of receipt where I received a response to say they were passing my query to the relevant department. As yet i have had no follow up response , and no refund so am £37 out of pocket. There have been a few bank holidays in between however the fact I’ve had to proactively chase due to lack of communication is disappointing and concerning

Have not received my parcel, it says return to consignor has been requested even though I never requested a return. Customer services will not respond back to the email I sent as well as the other enquiry. The live chat on the app does not work and is on a constant white screen and there is no one to ring so I can't get this issue resolved. I haven't received a refund at all and no communication from dpd or justmylook on what's happened.

I must admit I'm really disappointed with my whole experience. I ordered on the 19th of December and to date the 1st of January I still haven't received my order. This was a Christmas present for my wife and I had to go get her something else. If this is the service Justmylook provide the I wouldn't recommend shopping here to my worst enemy.
