“Item never received & still waiting for some resolution, currently out of pocket, your procedure for undelivered items is far too long. Meantime I had run out of product so bought elsewhere which managed to send product next day. Sorry, will be buying elsewhere in future.”

“My order was dispatched without an address being provided. As a result, I’ll have to wait for a refund until RM sends my parcel back to you. And then I’ll have to buy the same item at a higher price (I’d taken advantage of the Easter discount). A truly memorable experience.”
