“I ordered a few products delivery was super quick but the item was leaking the bottle split. I emailed they didn’t respond straight away I had no option but to bin the item but I have been refused a replacement nor refund or even a gift voucher. CUSTOMER SERVICE -5⭐️”

“Ordering from Justmylook was easy and delivery was relatively quick. However, I was sent the wrong product. When I brought this to their attention, I was asked to return the incorrect product (fine) and once received they would post me the correct product. I have questioned this, as I do not believe that I should be out of product through an error or their part. So far there is no confirmation as to whether the correct item has been shipped.”
