“I ordered Armaf club de Nuit for men and the one for women. They both got 5 star reviews. Don’t know why because they both smell awful. Reading the reviews made them sound amazing. But neither smell anything like the ingredients or smelling notes. I’ve thrown the women’s one away, I’ve got cleaning products that smell better. Also I couldn’t return them because the items are so heavy would have cost me more to return than the products are worth. Wasted £45 on rubbish - my advice is don’t buy !!”

“Customer service is awful. I suffered a severe allergic reaction from 2 of their products . Provided all the doctors evidence and proof of reaction and they still avoided the issue and a refund. Absolutely awful customer service and the worst company dealing with any problems you may encounter with an order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND ORDER FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY WHO TAKE MATTERS LIKE ALLERGIC REACTIONS SERIOUSLY”

“Can't believe this company asked me to send a review. They sold me unauthorised by Penhaligon's perfume the batch number was 4 years old. I only checked the number as i thought it smelled off. When I complained they refused a refund as I had opened the bottle. DO NOT buy from this company they rip you off!”
