Ive used customer service before now because I changed my mind on a order I placed, really quick responce and fast to resolve it. Always find what im looking for. “Had a very terrible experience with their customer service and still didn’t receive my order in over 3 weeks as they sent to my old address. When I realized and contacted customer service all they could say is they can’t offer any help which is very bad compared to other sites and shops where we are always assisted till we customers are happy.”

“Received my cream the next day, properly wrapped. Had read some negative reviews about fake products, but checked mine out with the batch code and definitely not fake. So much cheaper than anywhere else. Out of 36 months to expiry, my batch code advised 19 months left. This is no problem for me as I will use the jar of moisturiser up within 6 months, so this has worked well for me without forking out an over-inflated price on other websites! Have used Clinique moisturiser for many years and this is not a fake product. I would definitely recommend this company!”
