“I unfortunately made an error on the post code the address however was correct so was extremely disappointed that RM or yourselves could not amend this as it was clear that Wymondham was NR18 and I mistakenly put NR30. I ordered it on the 13.9.26 and am still as yet waiting for my refund and quite frankly the customer service was appalling. I will not be using your company in the future”

We confirmed that the unit was returned incomplete and traces of debris was noted on the underneath of the foil during review, which suggests signs of use and prevents us from accepting the return.
