“I still have not received my perfume - why are you sending me review requests”

“Have not received my parcel, it says return to consignor has been requested even though I never requested a return. Customer services will not respond back to the email I sent as well as the other enquiry. The live chat on the app does not work and is on a constant white screen and there is no one to ring so I can't get this issue resolved. I haven't received a refund at all and no communication from dpd or justmylook on what's happened.”

“I must admit I'm really disappointed with my whole experience. I ordered on the 19th of December and to date the 1st of January I still haven't received my order. This was a Christmas present for my wife and I had to go get her something else. If this is the service Justmylook provide the I wouldn't recommend shopping here to my worst enemy.”

“First time ordering, wont be the last ..... Ordered 3 x perfumes .....all brand names, saved a fortune and arrived within 24hr at Christmas time. I mean ...what's not ro rave about ? Absolutely fantastic in my experience. Hopefully will continue with other orders I make. (There will definitely be some)”

“If I could give zero stars I would. They sold me se a fake perfume and I am not getting a reply back. This store is a fraud and a a scam and they sell fakes, it if you think their prices are too good , it’s not true. DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE! Fake!”

“I ordered my products on the 19th of December I spent over €170 and although I was promised next day delivery nothing ever showed up. I contacted justmylook via email and I was left with no response, I understand if there’s some delays due to Christmas but still not having anything and not even an update on where my order is, is just absurd”
