“I placed an order on 6 March and selected next day delivery. My order was delivered 11 March which is not next day, I had no update of the progress of my order. When I did receive it one item was not even delivered I had no update about this either until the day of delivery. This is unacceptable.”

“I received a perfume with discoloration and requested the customer service to sort the issue. Unfortunately, I was told that they can’t change the item as the box was already opened. In the first place, how will you know a faulty product if it’s unopened.”

“Absolutely unacceptable service. I placed an order on 9 March and paid over £60 for urgent delivery. The parcel never arrived, and the tracking falsely claims it was “refused by the receiver” — which is impossible since it was meant to be delivered to an InPost locker. It has now been over two weeks, and I have neither received my parcel nor a refund, despite contacting customer service. I’ve been left with no answers, no resolution, and no accountability. This is beyond frustrating — it’s completely unprofessional. If you value your time and money, avoid ordering from this company.”
