“Item ordered without me confirming the order through my shop account nearly two weeks ago now. Still not received the order. Contacted customer service straight way for assistance in resolving the issue who have been worse than useless in helping to resolve the issue. Would certainly avoid this company in the thefuture.”

“My parcel was apparently delivered somewhere - no clue where as I wasn’t home. They’ve now come back and said it’ll take 2-3 weeks to investigate and they’re not sending new items or refunding in the meantime!!! Not ordering again as their customer service is appalling.”

“Very disappointed with Justlook. Ordered the item on a Saturday and it states delivery within 2 days so the following Wednesday it stated the order had not been forfilled. Sent them an email and received an AI reply saying someone from the company would look into it but no reply. Sent a further email and no response. Got in touch with my bank to retrieve my money back. Whilst waiting for my bank I contacted Just look again via there web site only to be told, "as you've made a claim through your bank all correspondence must go through them" low and behold a few days later I get an email saying my item has been dispatched of which I have now received. God knows what they are playing at.”
