“Unhelpful and inflexible customer service. An unused curling wand was refused for return on the basis of opened outer packaging being labelled a “hygiene seal,” which is misleading. No attempt was made to engage with or address my explanation. I would not recommend based on this experience.”

“Customer service is so so poor, takes weeks of emailing for still no response. Be careful when ordering as my items have not been delivered and they expect to be able to go against consumers rights. To the point I’ve had to involve my bank and also trading standards”

“Placed an order and received the incorrect size bottle for 1 item. Had to send lots of emails to the customer support as they asked for a photo of the wrong item then photo of packaging and all the items. They asked me to send back the wrong item so they'll send the correct size. Went through all the hassle to repack and post it back. Instead sending me the correct item I paid for, they made a refund. I could have bought my other item cheaper on a different online shop. Will not buy again. There are much better sites out there with better price and customer support.”
