“Awful customer service! Parcel hasn't arrived, customer service team ignoring my emails. Truely one of the worst companies I have had the displeasure of using. I hope they dont ignore the email from my bank for recieving a chargeback claim!”

“Wrong item sent with order, went through process with AI chat bot to sort out return process and had spoken to various members of staff about the correct item being sent out. Been almost a week since I've last heard from any of the customer service team and have not received an update on a replacement or refund.”

“I am very dissapojnted as,my order was cancelled after 10days of waiting, which was purchaed on Black Friday sale. I could buy the same thing on sale from a different supplier, however I’ve chosen Just my look. At tge end they have’t offered anything and sale is over 👎👎👎”

“Only part of my order has arrived, sent several emails to customer services, been told the rest of my order has now been dispatched with the same tracking number as the order I have received therefore showing as delivered on the royal mail app, after almost a week the rest of my order still hasn't arrived and I'm getting no response to the emails I've sent asking where my parcel is”
