“Absolutely unacceptable service. I placed an order on 9 March and paid over £60 for urgent delivery. The parcel never arrived, and the tracking falsely claims it was “refused by the receiver” — which is impossible since it was meant to be delivered to an InPost locker. It has now been over two weeks, and I have neither received my parcel nor a refund, despite contacting customer service. I’ve been left with no answers, no resolution, and no accountability. This is beyond frustrating — it’s completely unprofessional. If you value your time and money, avoid ordering from this company.”

“Very shocking If I give i stars I would. My parcel never got delivered and wont give me a refund, but someone else on the chat told me it had been marked delivered for them to then tell me it was a robot who told me that.”
