“Very dissatisfied with this company I bought an electric razor from them ,for my husband who has dementia, it didn't even take the surface hairs of when I tried it ,so sent it back , they replied saying that I cann6get a refund because it was used ? How are we to.know if a product works unless we try it. Not a good outcome it cost £70., won't buy from this company again ,”

“I ordered various perfumes, aftershaves and gift sets all at amazing prices. They were delivered within 3 days and came well packaged. Definitely one of my favourite go to online companies. I have used them previous to this and will certainly buy from them again.”

“Royal Mail stated parcel was delivered. Proof of delivery photo was not at my address. I didn't receive anything and when I contacted was told I'd have to wait for Royal Mail investigation. They say they delivered, so that's that! Even though they hadn't delivered it to me! The photo is taken inside somewhere, and there is no way that could happen at my address. My door leads in to my kitchen and I have to unlock the door for anyone to gain entry! I have a Ring doorbell and my neighbour has cctv. We had no callers on 12th June! Not happy at paying for items obviously delivered elsewhere! Couriers should be able to read addresses correctly and companies need to stop using them if they get complaints. The customer doesn't seem to matter anymore and couriers/neighbours are getting away with theft. It needs looking in to not ignoring!”
