“This was my first time ordering from Just My Look, heard about the website from a friend, and when I went to check it out it had so many products that I had been wanting to try out! I was wary because the prices seemed too good to be true but everything was perfect. The delivery was quick and products arrived well packaged. I will definitely be ordering from just my look again”

“Purchased a couple of items for Christmas gifts. It was easy to order and it items were really well priced. unfortunately the items took longer to arrive than stated. However I ordered them early was they arrived well before Christmas. Customer services we very helpful and would definitely order from them again.”

“Really disappointed at the lack of help and goodwill from customer service following an app fault on Justmylook’s part which saw me be charged for an order that didn’t process correctly. I’d used a valid Black Friday app discount code and the same code was no longer valid by the time CS got back to me when I went to attempt to reorder the same items, CS were of no help. I think I also missed out on free gift offers as well which were no longer available by the time I went to reorder alongside certain items being out of stock. To top it off, after begrudgingly making another identical order because I needed the items, I was informed *after* the order had been shipped that one of the items was out of stock so it was missing from my order. The offers on the site are great and the range of items and brands but the service is really poor unfortunately.”

“Order was placed on December 5 It has been at the Royal Mail sorting office in Preston since December 9 Still awaiting delivery only contact seems to be with an on line customer services who have informed me today that it will take a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks for Royal mail to complete their internal checks As this was required as a Christmas present, I feel the service has been abysmal”
