“Terrible, ordered 24hour tracked delivery, Not received my product 17 days later. Being completely ignored when i contact customer services.no responce Just stuck here out of pocket and no parcel. Only thing I can do now is contact credit card and try to get money back. Awful experience, feel scammed.”

“I bought an advent calendar. I understood that shipping could be delayed due to the busy season, but two weeks is excessive—especially when 48-hour delivery is advertised. On top of that, I couldn’t track my parcel during that time because the tracking number provided didn’t work. Customer service was AI-only, which honestly made me think I had been scammed. I only received a response from a real person after the parcel finally arrived, which didn’t make much sense. Overall, it was a very poor delivery experience, although the product itself seems good.”
