“I received a message a couple of days that it had been dispatched so was happy but after a further 5 days I emailed them twice & got no response so I reordered on another site. I kicked myself for not checking the company, there is no phone number on the site but my order did arrive after a while. If only they would respond back”

“I'm giving a three a this current moment in time, because I receive my order not quite how I expected with a broken nail gel bottle, which had spilt out over all of my other items ordered. However the order, payment and delivery were all great, fast and I had the correct items in my delivery in which I ordered. I have also been in touch and had a very fast reply to sort out my dispute, but I'm yet to receive my replacement item. So because of this I'm giving this rating. I can't wait to receive my new hopefully safe and useable nail gel. Then my rating would be a 5. Thanks”

“Just my look has got very competitive prices online and I have ordered a couple of times from them. The last order was not dispatched until I emailed them. I had to make another order to get my items in time and pay next day delivery, which I was a bit disappointed about.”

“I’ve not seen much improvement after using this for 2 weeks. When I used the 2% in a different brand I saw results almost immediately. I am going to look about and try another make. A little disappointed as it has good reviews. Glad I paid just under a fiver for it.”

“I love the halo product and it was easy to order however I ordered from here under the impression it was quick delivery but it was a week before my order arrived which was too late as I had a client needing these colours before the order arrived. I ordered on the Monday and my client was booked in on the Friday but my order only come the following Monday. I would order from here again however if I’m needing fast delivery for a short notice client I would not be able to rely on the order arriving promptly.”
