“I only have one complaint and it has to do with your automated system. It turns out you have a cellphone for me, which I must have provided long ago when my own was out of order. That number is not mine but it can't be seen or updated on my profile. I have tried with your (robotic) chat, which sent me to your site messaging service and then to an email, all robotic, and I had to insert all my information EVERY TIME. I finally got a human reply, telling me they had updated my phone number. But the next time I made a purchase I could only pay by reporting a code you sent AGAIN to the wrong phone number (which belongs to a family member who I have to inconvenience every time and might not always be available!!!). After a couple of messages the human agent told me ¨Apologies, it seems the number is being auto populated vis Shop Pay. Unfortunately this is not something we have any control over¨. (!!!) When I asked her to escalate this issue I was told to ¨please send over an email FAO a manager and this will be passed over for you.¨ I am fed up of dealing with this and wasting my time so I gather I won't be able to buy from you until it is sorted out. You might want to check your system though, I might not be the only disgruntled customer.”

“The products are good however sadly their customer service isn’t great which is very sad. When a customer has a problem it takes a long time to get the problem solved. I’ve had a few issues hence my review. I choose the products as they are the ones myself and my family like. A customer service telephone number would be a plus . No incentive for valued customer purchases. I’ve spent over £200 in 3 transactions at the beginning of this April 2025 now they advertise a free gift with a £70 purchased which I’m not able to take advantage of unless i spend another £70 which at the moment I don’t need after spending over £200 . Customer service not willing to send a gift - perhaps I’m being an awkward customer . They say I’m a valued customer but I don’t feel like one - no free gift and I’ve never been sent a discount code in all the sales I’ve made over the last two years”
