“I was very pleased with my purchase overall. The prices were excellent, and I found them to be very competitive. However, I was quite disappointed with the delivery service. I bought the products in preparation for a trip, but it took five days for the items to be dispatched. As a result, I was unable to use them as intended, which defeated the purpose of my purchase. This was my first experience shopping with your store, and unfortunately, it did not leave me satisfied. Kind regards,”

“My straightners arrived the next day packed extremely well. I was really pleased with them. It is nice to have a choice ot temperature. They leave the hair nice and shiney. They were in a nice shiney tin box, but that is a bit bulky and difficult to close and too heavy to travel with. The heat proof case/mat is quite good but very stiff. A softer material would close more easily. The actual straightners are great, that is the main thing.”

“regular customer & always recommend people to the website. had an issue with an aftershave i have recieved it’s come with a missing top & half empty! emailed to complain and basically being fobbed off saying it’s definitely brand new & unused etc. customer service Rosei is shocking with responses. i have pictures to prove it’s missing a lid as it’s silver on the website & the one i have received is black but apparently ‘ images on our website are for illustration purposes only and the colour of the automizer can vary’ - makes no sense! definitely half empty as i can shake the bottle and feel it but i’ve also been told it’s an areosol even though it’s an aftershave!”

“I’m sorry to make this review as I’ve been a happy customer for many years, but their customer service isn’t good - I made a purchase and within 15 minutes, asked for it to be cancelled but they still dispatched it the next day. I’ve worked for a cosmetics company so I am absolutely certain that you can action an order cancellation, especially if it’s straight after and if it hasn’t been processed yet. Also annoying that they don’t facilitate the returns process.”
