“I never recieved my order and had to chase twice for an update to then be advised there was a "stock error" and they have refunded me (that same day that I chased again) apparently there was no stock. I ordered 3 things so unlikely this is true. I sent an email to ask why I was issued a tracking number if all the items were out of stock but had no response back so currently I do not believe this is a legitimate store and would advise you NOT to order this is potentially a scam site collecting data.”

“I wanted perfume for Christmas as a last minute gift and chose Justmylook as they advertised delivery in time for Christmas on their website. I even paid more than other websites who were honest and said would be delivered after Christmas. The perfume arrived on the 27th which was extremely disappointing. Won’t use again.”

“Absolutely horrendous customer service ordered a parcel accidentally wrote the wrong address within two minutes of ordering. I emailed your customer service. No one responded to me until four days later. Had plenty of time to change my address. The following response after the first response from your customer service was a week later I will never be ordering from you ever again.”
