“Absolutely appalling customer service from this website. They failed to include my flat number on the parcel, which Royal Mail themselves confirmed. Despite this, the company refuses to take any responsibility. The confirmation email I received clearly shows my address was provided correctly on my end. As a result of their mistake, Royal Mail effectively “lost” my parcel. Neither Royal Mail nor JustMyLook made any real effort to resolve the issue. In short: a thoroughly disappointing experience. I would strongly advise against ordering from them. If you do, make sure to use a more reliable delivery option like the Post Office. Customer service should support the customer not just defend the company. Would not recommend.”

“I am very disappointed with my purchase. The perfume looks similar to the original, but the scent is completely different and of much lower quality. As fragrance is the key feature of the product, this is unacceptable and clearly not as described. I contacted customer service, but they did not offer any solution. I would not recommend buying from this retailer.”
