“I am very dissapojnted as,my order was cancelled after 10days of waiting, which was purchaed on Black Friday sale. I could buy the same thing on sale from a different supplier, however I’ve chosen Just my look. At tge end they have’t offered anything and sale is over 👎👎👎”

“Only part of my order has arrived, sent several emails to customer services, been told the rest of my order has now been dispatched with the same tracking number as the order I have received therefore showing as delivered on the royal mail app, after almost a week the rest of my order still hasn't arrived and I'm getting no response to the emails I've sent asking where my parcel is”

“I use Justmylook on a regular basis, plenty of products to choose from & some good special offers. Only wished they used Evri instead of Royal Mail as I rarely receive any of my parcels on 48 hour tracked, they are always late. Regardless of that I would recommend Justmylook for choice & price.”

“Revising my previous review. Parcel was left on doorstep yesterday , not your fault of course. It was delivered by Irish Mail service not a courier which is why the tracking number didn't exist. Got there in the sure she be delighted with the perfume. Thank you”

“Ordering was easy. Plenty of choice on the website and with some good deals. Unfortunately, 1 of the 2 I ordered was cancelled and refunded with no notice or reason. Delivery was quite long (6 working days with 2-3 quoted). Appreciate it was Black Friday weekend but just refunding without any notice or reason is not acceptable really. Luckily the other item was delivered as that was a christmas present.”

“Ordered an expensive item for Christmas over three weeks ago. Saying dispatched however Royal Mail not received meaning I cannot track. Can’t speak to anyone to understand what’s going on I keep getting stuck in an AI loop of non answers. No idea if this gift will arrive at all!!!”
