“I’ve left multiple reviews over my last purchase and still I get asked to leave a review over the same purchase. Well here’s my new review you like to harass people even though you sell mediocre products. It is not the original stuff. It does not even smell like the original stuff and yet you still crave the attention of disappointed people in short or rather pay a little bit extra and get the real product from savers.”

“Absolutely unacceptable experience. I never received my order, even though it was marked as delivered via Royal Mail. From the outset I had to repeatedly chase this company just to get basic support. I provided information from Royal Mail confirming there was no designated safe place for delivery, yet instead of taking responsibility, the company kept shifting requirements and demanded additional steps, including that I open a complaint with Royal Mail before they would do anything further. This felt like deliberate obstruction rather than genuine customer support. The whole process dragged on for around 2 weeks of constant back and forth, with no urgency or accountability from their side, forcing me to escalate the issue through my payment provider just to get movement. Only after all of this was a refund eventually agreed. While the refund has now been issued, the level of difficulty, delay, and resistance throughout this process was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. A retailer should not put customers through this when they cannot even resolve a straightforward non-delivery issue properly.”
