“Placed an order but only received part of it. Sent an email saying as much only to be told it had been delivered and i was to check with neighbours etc. It hadnt been delivered as parcel wasnt big enough to include the 2 missing items. Was then asked to provide photos etc. Was then told the 2 items were out of stock after a fair bit of back and forth. Eventually was issued with a refund for missing items but very disappointed as they were Christmas presents. No real apology for the error either. Such a shame.”

“Ordered perfumes for Christmas. DPD left the package on my drive way while I was out. Package missing. No delivery notification. Just my Look sent me a photo of the package on my drive way. ‘Investigation’ started even though it’s clearly left out on a drive way and 3 days later DOD turn up to ask us to sign for the missing parcel. I have informed JML but now they are ignoring my emails and won’t respond to my online chats.”

“I ordered some perfume to be delivered within 48 hours for a present but then no delivery. Messaged to ask whats happening and said due to xmas eush maybe a further 48 delay… 10 days later i still have no delivery asked for refund but no. Eventually had delivery 15 days after order. So bot ordering again and customer service was not the beat”

“It's written on the website, "order before 6pm, dispatch the same day". It's NOT true! They dispatched two days later, and because of this I've got my parcel 1,5 week later!! I sent email. Firstly, I've got a generic AI reply instead of a real person. Then somebody called Mary-Ann replied, but she didn't even care to read my whole messages and asked a stupid question. Then somebody called Amiee replied and apologised for the delay. Certainly, there was NO notification or warning at checkout that they are facing delays in dispatch during this busy time of year. All in all, the replies were very slow! I was expecting more than just an apology. A very un-satisfied first customer here! Will order somewhere else next time!”

“I MISTAKENLY PUT THE WRONG POST CODE ON - I CONTACTED COMPANY WHEN I REALISED THIS AS I THOUGHT THE ORDER WOULD HAVE BEEN RETURNED TO STORE - DID NOT RECIEVE ANY EMAIL ADVISING THIS - I SENT THE NEW EMAIL ADDRESS AND SUBSEQUENT EMAIL ASKING FOR A RESPONSE - TO BE ADVISED NOT TO SEND FURTHER EMAILS OR I WOULD BE PUT TO BACK OF QUEUE - IT IS FOR A CHRISTMAS PRESENT SO WILL NEED TO ORDER FROM ANOTHER STORE AND RETURN IT IS IT DOES GET DELIVERED - IF IT DOESNT ARRIVE I WILL EXPECT A FULL REFUND”
