“Bought this item for a birthday present for my granddaughter on 8th March 2026, and was acknowledged on 9th March 2026 - it is now the 21st March 2026 and I have still not received it. This necessitated me to buy my granddaughter another present. Trying to get in contact with someone from this company is nigh-on impossible! Their mantra " someone from our customer care department will be in touch with you" is a complete lie! Avoid buying anything rom this company at all cost!”
