“I was really impressed with my first order, delivered in 24 hours as promised. I placed another order 48 hours ago and paid for express delivery. It hasn’t even been dispatched yet. Very disappointing as I so hoped this company would live up to the hype of their reviews.”

“Great products but found cheaper on other sites (Beyond Beautiful, Salon Servicrs, Capital Beauty, Amazon to name a few) so can't recommend them on that point. But they did deliver quickly and the customer service is great from what I've experienced.”

“Received the shampoo in good time but 2 bottles had loose lids so was all wet over the bottles and bubble wrap. Contacted customer service offered me 20% discount on my next order! Or to return it which means I would have to wrap it all up and then take it to the post office to much effort to be honest so not sure if I would buy from this company again!”

“I ordered so many extreme shine Lipgloss & Lipstick. My overall experience is very good. Just one thing I need to inform you that I bought 3 Sugar Rush Lipgloss which I feel is not good in quality BCS whenever I apply this lipgloss I had some burning sensation on my lips. So it might get possible there is something wrong with quality. I bought All the Lipgloss & Lipstick for gift purpose. I use each product to check the quality & keep rest aside. Candy Shop, Purple rain, Gold Dust all the Lipgloss r amazing. Can you please refund me for this 3 Sugar Rush Lipgloss or give me other lipgloss in exchange?”

“On receiving my purchase of Ashleigh & Burwood lamp fragrance when I opened it the top of the bottle had not been fastened on properly, so obviously some of the oil had leaked out.”

“Perfume & nail base coat received quickly, excellent price for the perfume. However, when I questioned the order about the nail base coat as I thought the wrong order had been sent to me I never received a reply back, which is a bit concerning as I am now left with something I don’t want? Not all is lost as it wasn’t a great deal of money and I gave it to my friend but it has made me think twice about reordering. If you don’t address customers queries or disputes you will loose your returning customers!”

“The product is excellent. I have been using it for around a week and a half and it's good. Skin is moisturised and looking cool. My only complaint is about the delivery of the product. Whoever packed the product didn't do it safely, so I received a spilt bottle. I basically lost half of the product. It was a mess.”

“3rd review I written for this item. Dislike the colour more dark grey than medium brown. I have always had the chocolate colour but you didn't have that. This colour is awful compared to the chocolate one. Won't use again!!”
