“The product I purchased (Aloe Pura gel) was fine and delivered safely by Royal Mail. However, it was ordered on Tuesday evening and took over 2 days from ordering to get to Royal Mail who said they received it around midnight on Thursday. As a result it went into the weekend and wasn't delivered until the Monday afternoons having been ordered the previous Tuesday evening. Also it was also over-packaged in non-recyclable 3 layers of bubble wrap within a multi-layered plastic bag. Unnecessary for protection for a thick tube of gel and adding to land-fill.”

“Was a little bit disappointed as it wasnt really a lipstick loved the colour unfortunately it didnt come out that colour. But overall it arrived quickly.”

“Great selection of gel polishes. Disappointed that I requested fast delivery specifically to have one item before I went on holiday and when the parcel arrived I was missing that item. I emailed customer services and was refunded the price of the item as the item was out of stock, however there was no notification of this issue prior to receiving it, no personal email or correspondence apologising for the issue… just an invoice to advise of the refund. Quite poor service really.”
