“Good price for the item and fast delivery however poor packaging meant the item was damaged and not usable which meant I had to wait another week for delivery which wasn’t ideal. I’d give them another go to see if they can provide a better service”

“I love Yankee candles and often buy them from you but this time 1 was broken and trying to get an answer from just my look has been impossible. I have emailed twice and have had no answer and there is no telephone number. Customer service needs a lot of improvement. Not packed very well this time.”
