“It was all ok however there was a crack in the shampoo so a little did leak in the box but otherwise it was fine but.”

“The product is amazing because i have used it many times ..but the customer service is absolutely rubbish .. my product had leaked and over half a bottle had gone ..I was offered 20% off ..(why would anyone take that offer? ) So then I was asked to send it back ..I had to ask if I could have a returns label!!..at one point I thought I was chatting with a Bot.. im still waiting for a box to return the item ..I won't be buying off these again thanks to the customer service I received..but apart from that the items arrived fast.”

“Great products at great prices , however I paid for next day delivery and it didn’t arrive next day , queried with them and they say next working day ? Ordered fri so was surprised didn’t arrive Saturday as still post ? A mistake I won’t make again”

“Unfortunately it didn’t fit the Aveda 1 litre shampoo bottle. It did refer that it did fit most 1litre bottles however not the Aveda. Also the tube looked damaged but I’m not sure if it’s intended that way although a very course finish. I do not recommend . No information for returns”

“My perfume hasn't even arrived yet unfortunately and there's been no updates on when it will arrive or tracking information. I'm dissapointed as I had an event yesterday I wanted to wear it to but its been over a week and no sign of it.”

“Ordered once, wanted to order again but password ( inserted correctly) wasn’t accepted ! Changed password but still wasn’t accepted! Tried to open a new account but that wasn’t allowed !! Frustrated I gave up !! Shall not order again as they won’t let me !!!”

“I'm very happy with quality of products and fast (and free!) delivery. What's very disappointing is the way everything is packed. Huge amount of unnecessary and not recyclable plastic. Come on guys. It's XXI century, we're already drowning in plastic. Switch to paper or returnable/reusable packaging.”

“Ordered and all went okay. Created an account ,a password etc. Wanted to order again but website wouldn’t accept password even though inserted correctly! Reset password okay but that wasn’t accepted either ! Tried creating a new account but that didn’t work either as they said I already had one !! So have given up, gone elsewhere, what a useless website !! Very frustrating!!! Wish I’d never bothered!”

“No free returns.you have to use your time and email someone to get an address, the return address isn’t on the receipt slip, but you have to email anyway to let them know. I got mixed up with the revlon brush - the boxes are virtually the same, the only difference is that it’s a smaller brush and I’ve ordered the wrong one Cus it’s not very clear on the box, but i guess that’s not just my look fault.”
