“Item arrived safely and was what I ordered. In my previous experience this produce is great for burns/scalds and other skin problems. But 2 minor issues - Ordered Tuesday evening, Royal Mail 48hr, not delivered until Monday afternoon, so 6 days. The delay appeared to be at dispatch from Justmylook. (N.B. your tick box question "How many days did the delivery take?" doesn't allow for 6 or seven days). Also it was over-protected by un-recyclable plastic. Item was a tough plastic tube of gel which didn't need to be swaddled in multi-layers of bubble wrap and then sent in a multi-layered plastic bag. In my view all suppliers should be making efforts to minimise packaging to reduce plastic waste.”

“Swift delivery service but after-sales service is poor. I am missing an item from the complete hair care set (which cost £160.00) and am still waiting for a reply to my email sent a week ago. I chased via live chat and was told you had received my email and it would be dealt with but so far no response. This was for my daughter's birthday and I don't want to give it incomplete.”

“A little disappointed as I didn't receive the free gift of a redken mask. I could of ordered from amazon and received my free gift for exactly the same price but I chose to order from just my look. Saying that the package was well packed and for free delivery 4 days was pretty good.”

“Not that impressed, takes long to dry and even after a few days you can still get an impression on the nail polish. Started chipping after 2 days. This is using the undercoated and topcoat varnish.”

“I ordered 3 perfumes but did not know how to put the free one as it was but 3 get 1 free,I emailed them a few minutes later to explain and asked for the free one to be added to my order.As a first time buyer I will be pretty disappointed after just emailing them again if they don’t see their way to letting me have it as I have only received the 3 I paid for. I live in hope!! Lol”

“I have bought from them before and they are very quick to send the item. Unfortunately if you have an issue which I did with a product, it can be difficult to get hold of someone via email or phone. I bought a perfume that was mistakenly listed as 30 ml when it was only 5 ml. They said I could return it after I went via Paypal but expected me to foot the postage which in this case I felt was unfair so Paypal just refunded me. If they can improve communication then it will be a good company to buy from.”

“Good with speed of service, choice of products however as soon as you have issue and contact customer services they misled you and take days to respond, on one occasion I had to open case with PayPal and I got my money back, so hence why I will never rate them more”
