“The ordering process was easy and uncomplicated. Delivery time was reasonable. The hair diffuser I ordered was too big, so emailed customer services to tell them I would like to return it. I looked up their Twitter page and saw lots of people complaining about no reply. Justmylook said to not email again or the customer would lose their place in the queue. I emailed them on 27 November and have still had no response (13 Dec). I hope I will be able to make my return, but can't give a good rating to the company since I just don't know what will happen. Fingers crossed.”

“The 3 stars are an average of my experience. First time, everything was alright. But my latest purchase was all wrong, they sent me the wrong order, I contacted costumer service and they asked me to send them the wrong order back, which I did. But I don't have any news regarding my order, it's been weeks and I haven't received it yet.”

“I placed an order for a hair product on 20th November, finally received it on 6th of Dec. I am fully aware of the postal strikes, however, I emailed customer services on 30th of November asking if I could have an update on the delivery, but was ignored. I would have appreciated a reply, even if it was one stating that it may be delayed due to the strikes.”

“All my items arrived in very weak cardboard, wrapped in way too much cello tape, couldn't even recycle the box. Everything inside was loose, not wrapped or secured with anything. Luckily nothing was damaged.”

“Good prices, I appreciate the free delivery threshold being low which means I have ordered more than I otherwise would have and the dispatch is quick. However, two things have let it down - firstly dispatching my latest order with an item missing. Secondly the absolutely ridiculous amount of plastic packaging used. Could paper and brown paper tape instead of sellotape be used. Am excessive amount of bubble wrap! Puts me off ordering when I'm conscious about my impact on the environment.”

“The product is great. However it took a long time to arrive & although confirmation email gives a tracking number this doesn’t work & when emailing customer services it takes ages for a reply to be received. So I wasn’t convinced I would receive anything. Haven’t used Justmylook before and based on this first experience I doubt I’ll use it again.”

“I did have a problem with my delivery, it seemed very hit and miss, I was trying to track my parcel only to find it was at my next door neighbour whom I do not get on with and have no communication with. So please do not send any parcels to 111 Havengore, 105 will always take them in for me. Other than that the product itself is excellent as I like L’Oréal products anyway. My hair seems a lot smoother and lighter.”

“I have shopped here a hand full of times and I’ve always been pleased! However I bought a couple bottles of hygiene spray and one came leaked out, almost nothing left in bottle! I took pictures, sent them and got no response back! I will continue to shop with you but I think my concern should be rectified. Shauna”
