“I've ordered from just my look before and they've been great. This time not so much. When my order arrived it was incomplete and 1 item was damaged. Contacting them was not great either, apparently because they were so busy. I placed my order on July 9th and it has only just been fulfilled today (July 31st).”

“Love the products and the prices! Sceptical at first buying from here as I hadn’t heard about this website. Had to look online to see if they were legit. The Amazon delivery took 8 days to arrive, they did mention a back up of orders. To be honest I wasn’t in dire need of the hair products so I didn’t mind. But my hair was looking a little crispy while I waited. Maybe needed a different delivery service, as this was some of the feedback I read online when looking for legitimacy. I would order from here again.”

“I ordered on the understanding that I would receive the advertised Amazon 2 day delivery. Delivery took much longer and products arrived too late for my holidays. Products perfect and at a great price though.”

“I usually love just my look, however my most recent purchase put me off. The website kept crashing took 5 attempts to add 2 products to my basket. I didn’t even browse the website properly, missed out on a bigger sale from me as I couldn’t view deals. Please fix this!!!”

“Delivery was delayed due to high demand but then when it did arrive one of the items was leaking inside the bubble wrap. I contacted customer services to report and request either a refund or replacement item but after a week am still awaiting response.”
