“I received my order, the wow cocktail pump does not work properly and nocover cap, put sellotape and delivery put outside envelope is little wet.”

“Unfortunately not the best experience sold out of stock product then had to chase for refund as they didn’t refund automatically which is bizarre as they new it was out of stock ! And couldn’t say if they were getting back in stock !”

“I have to give 3 star because I bought something for a gift and didn’t get on time to take it. I had a message saying I was going to get before 3pm and it didn’t come even 4pm. I left after 4 and didn’t come?”

“SBC products are always excellent. Why did you have to use so much sellotape? It made the packaging totally unrecyclable. Cardboard boxes are much better for the environment.”

“Great products at great prices. Arrive quickly. However, their customer service when things are not right are awful. You can only email all their products come straight from the manufacturer so them and it takes days before they get in contact with you. Then , they ask for more information and a week later, they then ask you what they need from you in order to try and solve your query but state in a condescending way, that makes you feel they don't believe you. Will try to buy the same products elsewhere now if I can.”

“I have always found Justmylook very good and have been ordering from them for years. I had a problem with a recent order where one of the products had leaked and I had lost a large amount of the product. I emailed customer service, attaching a photograph item but never heard anything. After a few days of still not receiving a reply, I did manage to do an online chat with Niall, even though I had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to be available, who was very good and sorted out the problem quickly and efficiently.. I think the customer service needs to be looked at. They are a brilliant company when all goes well but certainly fall short when there is a problem.”

“Product was purchased as a gift but it leaked during transit. I was eventually offered to return it for a replacement but I was too busy with a newborn child and Christmas. Seems pretty pointless to ask for the product back considering most of it was over the inside of the parcel. Purchased a replacement from elsewhere.”
