Product were as ordered. The delivery was extremely slow to Ireland so if ordering be aware of this.

The mascaras aren't that great as it smudges without you realising. The delivery service was bad, when I was adding items to basket it showed next day delivery if I place the order within certain time which I did but my orders didn't arrive until few days after.

Delivery took 10days not sure if parcel got lost. Customer service takes a couple of days to reply, which isn’t too bad.

Great products, great prices and quick delivery. Customer service and cancellations/returns is poor though. Made an error on my order so re-ordered and emailed customer service team cancelling the 1st order......the next day came with no reply so I emailed again. Later that day they dispatched both orders and then replied to the cancellation email saying I would have to return the 1st order as its now been dispatched and I had to pay for the postage! Make sure your order is spot on before placing it is all I can say. If it wasn't for the poor customer service I would give 5 stars!

My item was well packaged and delivered on time with P&P included in the price. Prices on their website are competitive however the number of poor reviews about customer service is a worrying factor about this company. A way round poor customer service to pay by Credit Card and start a charge back claim if they don't respond to emails. Takes a little o longer but in my experience works very well.

Unfortunately the item they advertised on the website and the one the sent to me were different. Took some time and communication to get a refund but still haven’t not refunded the posting back charges, even though I specifically asked for it in my emails

** Customer Service contacted me to offer refund so amended review. However, to be told I wouldnt get a refund in the first place was still disappointing ** Awful service. Royal Mail claimed to have delivered my item even though we were on a family trip at the time so they couldn't have. Emailed Customer Service who said they'd investigate. Chased after 2 weeks and was told that they cannot replace as Roysl Mail said it was delivered! Will never use you again. Will also contact my credit card company

1/3 items was incorrect. Not easy to find out how to return item. Item sent back after eventually getting reply from email. Specifically asked for correct item to be sent but refunded amount instead. (Not what I wanted.)

Hairspray cans had sticky residue on them even though they were well packaged for transit

The company delivered in a timely way, but the Q10 60+face cream feels slightly sticky and has made no difference to my very fine lines so I have reverted to my standard moisturiser. The eye cream does not reduce puffiness, no difference there again, but is a nice cream so I will probably continue using that. No visible change after a couple of weeks so a waste of money as far as results go.

It took over a week to receive my item and when I politely queried where this was the customer service team were abrupt and didn’t seem to care. Some customer service training is required as it’s easy to go elsewhere.

I have ordered 17 times from Justmylook and i was always satisfied with the quality of the products and the prices. The only thing that i am very disappointed is that already 2 times i order things, they are not sent to me long time, after i write to online customers assistants they tell me the items i have ordered are not in stock, and they don’t know when the items will be back in stock, they offerd to cancel my order if i don’t want to wait unknown time period, so i canceled my orders and lost money during the refund because of the currency change. Also there were few cases i ordered the item with gift, but the gift was not because was not in stock, this is also disappointing, bacause you see the item with gift, after they don’t send it.
