“My order hasn’t arrived and I’ve been waiting nearly 2 weeks”

“I have done a review already so I do not know why I am being asked to do another one. As I said in my previous review, the foundation went on well but it is not my colour, it is too light. In future I will only buy foundation that I can try on. So ultimately it was a waste of money as it is too light to wear.”

“Quickly delivery just the packaging needs to be strong especially when you wrapping heavy glass bottles up Some of the perfumes doesn’t smell to the brand names one smells completely different or old off smell Otherwise price is ok”

“The pictures in the bondi sands tinted Suncream were misleading and the cantu curl cream once used is very drying to the hair. Dont recommend tbh”

“Honestly not worth the price. The white tips chip within days but they’re thicker than normal stick on nails so better in that sense but not sure I’d re purchase”

“Ordered two bottles of one type of mousse but two different types were delivered. Took quite a long time for them to organise the return and delivery details. A nuisance having to send one bottle back, but at least the correct bottle arrived not long after. In the meatime I've been bombarded with promos and ads for Justmylook.”

“Very happy with Item, price and speed of delivery. BUT when buying a large bottle (5 litre) of shower gel to reduce environmental impact, I don't know why it was wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap within the delivery box. Worse than buying several smaller size bottles! I will not be buying this from Just My Look next time.”
