“Still not had a refund for a delivery of my first order, Amazon delivered to another address but hay they sent me a picture of my package at someone’s door and that cost me £30 odd pounds and then I paid again to get what I ordered. So I paid twice they did find my house 2nd time.”

“Recently ordered two bottles of £25 shampoo one of the bottles was received very dented, label was bubbling, wonky and not properly affixed. I usually wouldn’t be precious about this as the product is intact, however it was purchased as a gift and I couldn’t gift it looking like seconds from the market. I have contacted customer services about 6 times now and still no resolution. I am still waiting for someone to come back to me? All that was required was a free return and a replacement bottle. Very disappointed, I couldnt gift the item and their customer services means I wouldn’t buy from them again.”

“I haven’t received my product, I was told they have proof with royal mail but it was “delivered” by Amazon & the picture provided as proof was of someone else’s door with an Amazon package on the floor, not the retailers packaging. They are not replying to my messages now. So …. 3 out of 5 as I don’t know if this is a one off but if anyone could get in touch please do”
