“I placed my first order although the order was delivered quickly and efficiently I didn't received my free gift for spending a certain amount which was a little disappointing as I spend extra to receive it”

“I love the product and the service is excellant, but really disappointed in the wrapping as they use far too much bubble wrap in a plastic bag for a small tube of cream. You really need to address your packaging. Hence low rating”

“I ordered from this company as they offered the product I wanted at a good price with a promised speedy delivery. My purchase took an unacceptable time to be dispatched, I would have been fine with a delay had I been contacted and kept informed that there was going to be a delay, but no communication at all. The company do not answer emails and uncontactable by telephone which leads customers to start thinking they have been scammed, so not really a great way to run a business. When I finally got my purchased I was pleased T was as described and packed with care. With a promise of better customer communication I would consider using them again”

“great products, fast delivery The only problem the bottle of body lotion came broken. It was wrapped in a wrapping foam but the dispenser was ripped off and not to be seen. Clearly however was packing the order saw that and ignored it completely”

“Can’t review them as never received items, after trying to phone and about 6 to 7 emails at last received a refund. Normally a very good company to deal with but in this instance I have to say customer service is very poor and frustrating trying to get an answer.”
