“Good range of products but the parcel arrived with lots of plastic bubble wrap - not good enough. There are so many alternatives”

“Sadly to say that all the Yankee waxes arrived open with no foil seal and they didn’t particularly smell very strong. I came to the conclusion that they were all old stock maybe from last year. I didn’t return them nor did I engage in any dialogue with this supplier so there you go”

“I’ve purchased several items pre and post Christmas. I had a few issues pre Christmas which took some time to get sorted however eventually this was out right. The products I’ve purchased are good quality . I’ve spent quite a bit of money recently but sadly never received any discount codes to encourage future sales . Nowhere either to contact customer service to enquire about this which is a shame . Reasons for my rating is due to the issues I’ve experienced”

“Received hair straighteners next day which was great and they were also a good price. Only disappointing factor was that the zip on the storage bag was bust so not useable. Still awaiting a response from customer service.”

“Cancelled and refunded one item even though it was in stock. I wanted the item but reordering again would mean I would have to pay for delivery but they wouldn't allow me to have a free delivery code. Other than that the other items arrived fairly quickly and packaged well.”

“Took a bit longer to arrive due it being Christmas time (completely understandable) and customer service weren’t much help as I couldn’t locate or track it and it was lost for a couple of days. Was bought as a Christmas present so needed it asap and it finally arrived on Christmas Eve. But overall happy with my purchase”

“I’ve been using Just My Look for a couple of years and have always returned as their prices were so good. I made my usual ‘Christmas presents’ order, and two items arrived damaged. Customer services have been very slow to arrange a replacement (16 days and counting and still no sign!) so it hasn’t arrived in time for Christmas. Bit of a shame as has put a dampener on my experience!”

“I ordered a wax melter and some wax melts for my niece for Christmas. Only the wax melts arrived and the burner was refunded without explanation. I assume it was out of stock but there was no email communication regarding this. I have since sourced the exact same burner elsewhere, at a cheaper price. So all in all not a brilliant first experience I’m afraid”

“The only reason for 3 stars is the packaging. There is no need to use this amount of plastic. One small box of a product doesn't need wrapping up in 20 inches of bubble wrap and then puting in a plastic envelope. This is the only reason why I don't shop there more often. Please sort out your packaging!”

“The product was good but delivery stated 48 hours and I recieved my order a week later when I contacted customer services by email after this time (48hrs) they said they had no updates on my delivery but customer services was good they responded to my inquiry straight away”

“Items ordered for same day dispatch on a 48 hour postage and wasn't sent out for almost a week. If you can't dispatch items on a given timescale don’t say that you will.”

“My order was delayed, I'm assuming due to the storm. My only issue is customer service. At first you get an AI response which is useless. It was over a week later before an actual human responded to my email. For over a week I didn't know what was happening or if I'd ever receive anything, that's way to long for a customer to be waiting an update. Ditch AI and Improve your customer service.”

“I love the straightener i ordered. It’s perfect for my silk presses and for my wigs. I previously lost my old one and wanted to get the exact same one. This was the only place I found to be able receive it living in Ireland. My only con was that the expected shipping time was 4-5 days but was in actuality took 12 days with no warning or reasoning for why it took so long. So my recommendation is being mindful in case you’re in a time crunch.”
