“I've ordered from here years ago and had no problem but of recent I made two orders. One opening two of the fragrances ordered, spraying them once i noticed the scent, colour and texture was off! One being White Diamond Elizabeth Taylor was very discoloured..almost orange and ir smell different from what I'm use to! Smells old. The second fragrance is Tommy Girl...When I sprayed it on my hand it came out extremely oily...That definitely took me by surprise. It also smell off. I contacted customer service which said because I already opened the perfumes, they are unable to do anything! How am I meant to know the perfumes are off if I did not open it in the first place! How was i meant to know the Tommy Girl sprayed like an oil if I had not tested it first? Their customer service is a big fail for not presenting a solution! I would never recommend this website to anyone. They don't care about their customers.”
