“Very disappointing customer service. I received a damaged item. I used the chat support and email to report the damaged item with photographs. I am still waiting for a replacement product. I expected more and probably shouldn’t have”

Hello, As your order is marked as delivered, we have raised a case with Royal Mail, who will investigate your parcels journey throughout their mailing system, cross-referencing with GPS tracking, and interviewing staff who handled your parcel.
