“Was given a fedex tracking number that didn’t lead to anything. Customer service is severely poor all you get is ai response with promise to give you over to a real person that doesn’t happen you go into the website for the live chat and takes them 15+ minutes for a real person to join then every response is anywhere from 11 to 22 minutes (my experience) you get an email “how were your products” after 2/3 days as I’m writing this it’s pushing on 3.5 weeks since my order the delivery is only due today. Word for the wise if you can order what your looking for somewhere else please do this company is not worth your time money or patience”

“My worst experience ever. Promise next day proceed and ended an whole week just to confirm. And 20 days for a single delivery. No track confirmation, 4 times chatting box to have reply. Poor end to end customer.”

“It took 3 weeks for my delivery to arrive after numerous emails. Wrong tracking numbers given and eventually when correct tracking number given it never moved for a week, very stressful 🙄”

“Terrible company, couldn't recommend or use again. Saying orders dispatched when thats not true as not even left warehouse a week later. Ordered 2 weeks ago and still nothing. Poor customer and service all round. Avoid and give your money elsewhere for peace of mind.”

“There was an issue with Royal Mail and I contacted Customer Service via email and got a reply right away. Very helpful and my parcel was delivered the following week. This was my first order and I was so impressed with the customer service that it won't be my last. All items in my order were perfect and great value as well. So happy with everything - items, customer service & communication throughout the whole process.”

“I ordered an aftershave gift set which was delivered to a closed shop. The delivery was left outside the front of a closed shop and in public view. Safe to say I never received my parcel as some one must have taken it before the shop opened the next day. I have emailed customer services and the responses have been slow and not resolved, all I have is the photo of their delivery with the photo of a foot and behind a door and ashtray bin which is outside the closed shop. I have emailed back today and after 3weeks , today’s response left me flabbergasted . Did I report this to the police. My response is the contract is with you and you contracted the delivery company. How can I report to the police when as the customer it was never delivered to me ? Flabbergasted - do not order off this company it’s beyond poor in their customer service response and complaints when I recanted this , no stars deserved and I will be contacting my bank to see if they can recover my money for a gift that was never received. I did upload a photo of delivery but not sure they will want to show this on the review.”
