“My parcel didn't arrive on the stated day, I gave it a few more days before contacting the seller. I received an email from them very quickly, followed by a request for details to enable them to investigate further. I was contacted almost immediately to say they had been unable to locate the parcel, and would I like a refund or a replacement. I opted for a replacement. This arrived within two days. Justmylook were brilliant. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”
