“There was an item missing from my order - 3 emails sent - received one back asking for the same information sent in the first. Sent again, no reply, chasing email sent again and asking for a refund, no reply, no refund. Poor customer service!”

“I received the wrong item in my order over a week ago! I've had no response or resolution to this at all. The item missing was a gift for a friends birthday which has now passed. I have used this site for years but will have second thoughts now. Still awaiting a refund!! Sick of talking to a Robot!!! Customer service awful. Sort it out please!”

“The perfumes were well wrapped and there was no damage. The prices are great. The only slight issue is that they did not arrange next day despite next day delivery, however they did still arrive 2-3 days afterwards which is still nice and prompt.”
