“If you want to order multiple items and have one missing on arrival, so you email this company straight away to inform them, but be left to go out and buy that item again the same day it should have arrived, so your dad doesn’t go without a present for Christmas and then be accused of being a liar from their “customer service” team and be left down £59.99 from them, whilst being out of pocket almost £80 from having to replace it elsewhere the same day it should have arrived with the other items, whilst having the receipt from the replacement as evidence they refuse to want, then go right ahead and order from this company. Good luck being robbed of your hard earned money. I love working so companies can steal my money x”
