“Stole my disability benefits Didn't receive a parcel and they are still refusing to reimburse me in anyway, even though I gave them proof that my parcel was left on the doorstep and not at a safe place, it's okay. I've started a tribunal and I reported them for stealing my protected disability. They absolutely have no shame.. I've written to the BBC as well. I've written to the BBC trading standards program, hoping they'll take my case on to show the country that these people are rip off merchants”
