“Awful, awful service and experience. When chasing up missing items I was emailed assured that the items went out after 'completing rigorous internal checks', later after saying they would chase up the courier emailed back saying there wouldn't be helping any further or replacing the missing items”

“I found the best price for the toiletries I was running out of on Justmylook website. The site itself was very clear and easy to use, together with the ordering process. I was kept well informed as to where my order was during delivery and the parcel arrived before originally stated and in very good condition. My order was well wrapped and looked as if I had just picked it from a shelf! Very impressed with Justmylook, would certainly highly recommend and will use it in future!”

“I ordered aftershave for my son’s birthday from Just My Look and unfortunately the parcel never arrived. I was told by the company that it had been left in a “safe place,” but no parcel was received and no safe place information was provided. Considering this was £120 worth of aftershave, there is no realistic “safe place” where a parcel of that value should simply be left without confirmation or proper delivery. I contacted Royal Mail, who advised that the issue needed to be dealt with by the retailer. However, the company refused to open a complaint because their tracking showed the item as delivered to a safe place. I ended up having to do a chargeback through my bank (which is ongoing and im doubtful of getting anytbing back) I’m still £120 out of pocket with no product received. Very disappointing customer service and no real help in resolving the issue. I would not order from them again based on my experience.”

“Brilliant site, lots of great Korean skincare. Very easy to navigate, some really good prices and easy delivery. As an Irish customer delivery takes longer than advised but seriously who would mind an extra day or two when you can buy what you need!”
