“I bought an extra thing to reach the threshold for guaranteed 48 hour delivery before Christmas. After around 24 hours I had an email notifying me of a refund for the main item I bought (hair straighteners). No explanation, no apology, just the refund notification. The other item (£10 hand cream) arrived after the 48 hour turnaround anyway. Rubbish customer experience. I have unsubscribed from emails and yet I still keep getting them so here I am giving this review.”

“On receipt of delivery of various items I received an e mail to say the perfume I had ordered was out of stock. Allowed me to order on website and took payment. If it wasnt in stock then the order should not have been taken! No notification until delivery. Simply not good enough.”
