“I recently bought 2 x CosRx The AHA BHA PHA LHA 35 Peel 30ml and one arrived with the bottom of tube burst. Not the packaging fault, as it was wrapped extremely well, seems the tube was defective. Tracking information was for a completely different company that delivered the package.”

“I bought an extra thing to reach the threshold for guaranteed 48 hour delivery before Christmas. After around 24 hours I had an email notifying me of a refund for the main item I bought (hair straighteners). No explanation, no apology, just the refund notification. The other item (£10 hand cream) arrived after the 48 hour turnaround anyway. Rubbish customer experience. I have unsubscribed from emails and yet I still keep getting them so here I am giving this review.”
