“Be cautious with their promotions. I placed an order during a promotion offering a free full-size item when spending over £25. I met the requirements, but the free gift was never included. Customer service later claimed their “policy dictates that all free gifts are strictly subject to availability while stocks last, and unfortunately, the specific gift was out of stock when your order was placed and did not successfully add to your basket.” However, the promotion remained live for at least a week after my purchase. If the gift was already out of stock, why was the promotion still being advertised? Where is your policy then? This raises serious concerns about how many customers may have been misled. When I asked for a replacement item of similar value, this was refused. Instead, I was offered 10% off a future purchase as a “goodwill gesture,” .Goodwill gesture LOL. Will never shop there again.”

“Order took weeks to get here. Query went to a chatbot and despite multiple requests could not get a “chat” with a human. Every reply has Lethe same answer - shipment is on its way but we don’t know when it will be delivered. Had to order the product a second time as I needed it. All of this significantly offsets the TINY price difference. (€2). Won’t be bothered again.”

“Felt a bit ragged, and wanted a partial tune up before Christmas. I went in for just my Dennis Healey eyebrows to be shaped, but it was such a nice atmosphere I stayed for a manicure too. The ladies did a fantastic job, and I can’t wait to go back.”

“Rubbish customer service and delay to replace missing item from the parcel. I ordered 2 bottles of shampoo and conditioner. The conditioner was missing from the parcel. I emailed to notify and had a back and forth and was told it would be sorted, then was asked for a photo of the package which i dont have anymore, they should have asked sooner in the email correspondence if this was essential. I replied and said as such, so they sent a second email with exactly the same request? So far Ive had four emails from them with no resolution and it's been two weeks, I feel like I'm talking to AI, and I've been asked for a photo of a missing item? How am I supposed to photograph an item that's missing.”
