“Did not receive my order, contacted customer service who said to wait and contacted again several days later, they said it was delivered, Royal Mail tracking showed it was at Sheffield depot, I told customer service this and emailed screen shots of RM tracking which they IGNORED, they have now raised an enquiry with RM which they say will take 2-3 weeks! Customer service still say it was delivered but have not shown any evidence of this, the Royal Mail attacking STILL shows it being at their depot!!!! How hard can this be for customer service to acknowledge??? I’m still without my order and have not had a refund! Very poor service.”
