“My order has not arrived and I have an email saying it has. I cannot get through to anyone in customer services but an AI bot, Who says the tracking number shows its delivered. The link it sent, doesn't work. But in the app it says my order is not processed. I have xmas presents in this order. Very bad customer service.”

“The sale prices were great! Took a little while to arrive but Black Friday is a busy time. The packaging was awful and looked pre-used which I don't actually mind, big fan of re-using packaging. But the products didn't have any padding and the very thin, squished box gave zero protection, consequently the lid of one of my products is badly broken and the can slightly dented. Not gifting that then. The selection of products was good and the postage seemed very reasonable but perhaps some paper inside to protect the products might be a good idea.”

“First time using Just my look and it will be my last. Customer services ran by AI. No help at all. No replies to my emails. Tracking number provided was not existent. Plenty of other decent website out there. Avoid.”

“Redken Shampoo and Conditioner advertised as sulphate and sodium free but the product I received had both of these ingredients. I contacted Justmylook and I was offered a refund but I was expected to pay postage to send back. Terrible customer service, sent lots of emails most of them ignored. Very disappointed with this company.”

“Brought just my look advert calendar,very disappointed to say the least.Throw most of it away , would have returned it but had no where to keep items in nice box , the bin man was due the following day so I Removed all items from box and put box in bin bag.most of the items was very small size . What a waste of money,just my look would not be interest as they have got what they want. SALE & MONEY. I will not be using them again.”
