“Placed order on Thursday 11th before 6pm. And advises if order placed before 6 then it will go out for 2 day delivery. Order still hasn't even been dispatched to me yet and its now Monday!! False advertising on website in regards to when orders will be dispatched. Not good customer service at all. Just get some AI response back !! Can't actually get through to a human being !!”

“Eu comprei dois itens para aproveitar o frete e eles me enviaram apenas 01 item, devolvendo o dinheiro. Eu quiz cancelar a compra toda e receber todo meu dinheiro de volta, mas nao me responderam e enviaram o item que eu nem precisava tanto. Além do mais, demoraram horrores pra enviar o item. Poderiam ter cancelado a compra toda, mas nao o fizeram.”

“Sadly my experience is a negative one. I ordered a hair curler which wasn’t suitable and unfortunately this company would not refund me due to hygiene standards. I wrongly thought all online purchases had a 14 day money back guarantee. You live and learn.”

“Really good value in the black Friday sale. Very well packaged, a bottle of aftershave, it wasn't going to get broken. The only thing was that it took more than 10 days to arrive, and the tracking number provided didn't work.”

“My order has not arrived and I have an email saying it has. I cannot get through to anyone in customer services but an AI bot, Who says the tracking number shows its delivered. The link it sent, doesn't work. But in the app it says my order is not processed. I have xmas presents in this order. Very bad customer service.”

“The sale prices were great! Took a little while to arrive but Black Friday is a busy time. The packaging was awful and looked pre-used which I don't actually mind, big fan of re-using packaging. But the products didn't have any padding and the very thin, squished box gave zero protection, consequently the lid of one of my products is badly broken and the can slightly dented. Not gifting that then. The selection of products was good and the postage seemed very reasonable but perhaps some paper inside to protect the products might be a good idea.”
